Live Cooking Brunch Buffet

With the brunch, we make your Sunday & holiday extra special.

First, sleep in and then enjoy a delicious brunch. Enjoy with friends and family our extensive lazy Sunday brunch with Live Cooking. We'll make sure you lack nothing!

After a reception with a glass of prosecco, a grand island buffet is opened from our completely renovated restaurant. Here you will find a wide range of cold and hot dishes that we prepare à la minute.

A selection from our buffet:

• A range of hot dishes with several culinary Van der Valk specialties

• An extensive assortment of luxury bread types with varied toppings

• Day soups from the buffet

• Buffet islands with cold starters with, among other things, a rich choice of various meat and fish types and salads

Of course, a dessert should not be missing from a brunch, so we present you an extensive dessert buffet with, among other things, a chocolate fountain, various scoop ice creams, and various mini desserts. The dessert buffet is including coffee and tea.

Throughout the entire brunch, we serve unlimited coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, and various fruit juices.

For the children*
Children can enjoy their own little buffet full of treats. Of course, the Timo Toekan Snack Wall is not missing, a wall with little doors full of delicious snacks. In the children's corner, children can decorate their own pizza and make their own ice cream afterwards. Additionally, there is a children's play area with, among other things, a TV with a game console and much more! * during holidays, there is an adjusted interpretation of the children's buffet.

Terms*
Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation after this time or in case of no-show, we are forced to charge 50% of the reservation value. *on holidays, we apply different conditions.

For groups over 10 people, cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation after this time or in case of no-show, we are forced to charge 100% of the reservation value.
Within 7 days before arrival, a max of 10% of the number of people may be changed or canceled.

Changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing (by email).
The Uniform Terms and Conditions of the Hospitality Industry apply to all our reservations. Upon request, we will send them to you.

Payment for brunches during holidays

The brunch must be paid for in advance. You will receive a payment link in your confirmation. The payment must be received by us no later than 7 days after receiving the confirmation. Without prior payment, your reservation is not guaranteed.

Table preference
If you have given a table preference, we will do our utmost to take it into account as much as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your preference.
