New Year's brunch

Celebrate the new year (or relax a bit) with the New Year's brunch at Van der Valk Hotel Groningen. On Thursday, January 1, 2026, we present a delicious New Year brunch, the ideal way to enjoy the first day of the new year at your leisure.

You will be welcomed with a glass of 'bubbles', after which you can enjoy the wide selection of warm fish and meat specialties. There is also live cooking and an extensive dessert buffet. During the New Year's brunch we will serve you unlimited coffee, tea, milk, and fruit juices.

Especially for our young guests, there is a separate kids' buffet and a play area, so they can be thoroughly pampered too!

Conditions
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the day of arrival. If canceled after this time or in case of no-show, we are obliged to charge 50% of the reservation value.

For groups of more than 10 people, cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the day of arrival. If canceled after this time or in case of no-show, we are obliged to charge 100% of the reservation value.
Within 7 days before arrival, a maximum of 10% of the number of people may be changed or canceled.

Changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing (by email).
The Uniform Conditions of the Hospitality Industry apply to all our reservations. We will send them to you upon request.

Payment for brunches during holidays
The New Year's brunch must be paid in advance. You will receive a payment link in your confirmation. The payment must be received by us no later than 7 days after receiving the confirmation. Without prior payment, your reservation is not guaranteed.

Table preference
If you have indicated a table preference, we will do our utmost to take it into account as much as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee your preference.
