Bicycle rental
From Van der Valk Hotel Groningen - Zuidbroek A7, it is possible to explore the surroundings by bicycle. For our guests, there are also a number of electric rental bikes available for €25 per day.
If you wish to rent a bicycle in combination with one or more hotel stays, please reserve it in advance at the same time as your room reservation.

The data we have from you is the data you provided yourself when signing up (email address, password, first and last name, gender, age, cycling expertise, and bike type). Additionally, we collect information about how you use our app. This includes which features you use, which routes you cycle/approach, how much and how often you cycle and have cycled, and information about the device you use. We will NEVER share privacy-sensitive information with third parties.
How are these data used?
To communicate with you and to promote the safety, integrity, and security of the app. But also to improve our product and to measure and analyze the effectiveness of the app.
Where can you submit your feedback/cycling experience?
Users can leave their feedback at the reception, and they will ensure that it reaches the app makers.
